Key Responsibilities
- Become the trusted day to day contact for a portfolio of clients
- Guide projects from discovery and planning through to successful delivery
- Facilitate client discussions, workshops and planning sessions
- Keep projects moving by managing priorities, timelines and competing demands
- Work closely with developers, designers and technical specialists to coordinate delivery activities
- Ensure clients remain informed, engaged and confident throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare estimates, scopes of work and project documentation
- Monitor budgets, project performance and overall delivery health
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support future initiatives
- Contribute ideas that improve delivery processes and client experience
- Previous experience delivering digital, web, software or technology projects
- Strong client facing experience with the ability to build credibility and trust
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Jira experience is essential. You should be confident using Jira to manage workflows, track delivery progress, prioritise work and report on project status
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project profitability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to proactively identify risks and navigate challenges before they become issues
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
