Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to gather and analyse detailed requirements using data and customer insights
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to create meaningful, intuitive product experiences
- Lead design efforts across all stages of the product lifecycle (Discovery and ideation to delivery and optimisation)
- Produce wireframes, prototypes and elegant working solutions that align with strategic goals
- Apply a product mindset, leveraging insights to make informed design choices
- Continue to evolve a robust design system
- Engage with end users to deeply understand their behaviours, needs, and pain points
- Effectively communicate your design choices to the team and key stakeholders
- Support a culture of inclusion, and help grow design capability across the wider team
- Proven experience designing customer centric digital products
- Strategic, with an outcome driven design approach that influences product direction
- Strong experience across both UI and UX (Web, Apps, Dashboards)
- Strong experience with Figma, from early stage wireframes through to high fidelity prototypes and design systems
- Take ownership and accountability for your work
- Excellent communication and collaboration (Able to articulate design thinking to developers and cross functional teams)
- Have a user centric mindset with continuous improvement of both product and user experience
- MUST have a solid design portfolio to demonstrate previous senior/lead experience
- Willingness to share knowledge and mentor others
- Previous experience in the financial or fintech space (or at least a STRONG personal interest in finance)
- You're strategic, curious, and product minded
