Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute SEO strategies across multiple projects
- Run technical audits and recommend clear, actionable fixes
- Research and map keywords to support content and UX decisions
- Optimise on page content, metadata, and internal linking
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools
- Collaborate with devs to implement technical improvements
- Provide simple, useful reporting and insights
- Stay on top of algorithm changes and industry trends
- Strong hands on SEO experience
- Solid with Google Search Console, Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager
- Confident using tools like SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sitebulb
- Can run keyword research, audits, and optimisations without much direction
- Able to translate and explain things clearly
- Comfortable working in a cross functional team environment including developers
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage priorities across projects
- Curious and keen to figure out how things can work better
- Low ego, high standards
- Comfortable working independently, but comfortable to ask questions if needed
