The Digital Bakery is working with a growing interactive product company in Auckland who create digital products that make a difference. They're on the hunt for a commercially savvy leader to own their growth engine and delivery operations. This isn't your typical BDM gig… It's a genuine senior leadership role with a clear path to scale as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full business development cycle from first hello to signed contract
  • Hunt down new market opportunities and build meaningful client relationships
  • Assist overseeing project delivery, making sure quality stays high and margins stay healthy
  • Build scalable processes and systems that actually work
  • Contribute to shaping strategy alongside your team members
  • Help, build and lead a team that gets sh*t done
  
Required Skills & Key Ingredients:
  • Seasoned as senior commercial and/or delivery experience in digital, SaaS, or service businesses
  • Proven track record winning B2B relationships in digital or professional services
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management chops
  • Delivery management experience. You understand what makes service businesses tick
  • Commercial nous and data driven approach
  • Natural leader who collaborates rather than dictates
  • Experience building processes that scale
Bonus Points:
  • Background in digital product development, UX/UI, or web development sectors
  • AI fluency in a sales capacity
  • Scale up experience where you've worn multiple hats
