Required Skills & Key Ingredients:
- Seasoned as senior commercial and/or delivery experience in digital, SaaS, or service businesses
- Proven track record winning B2B relationships in digital or professional services
- Strong CRM and pipeline management chops
- Delivery management experience. You understand what makes service businesses tick
- Commercial nous and data driven approach
- Natural leader who collaborates rather than dictates
- Experience building processes that scale
- Background in digital product development, UX/UI, or web development sectors
- AI fluency in a sales capacity
- Scale up experience where you've worn multiple hats
- Equally comfortable pitching to C-suite clients and optimising delivery workflows
