We’re on the lookout for a Digital Project Manager to join a delivery team at a well established digital tech company in central Auckland. Someone who turns ambiguity into clear plans, keeps teams aligned, and makes sure great work ships on time without the drama. You'll work with purpose led organisations, leading projects from brief to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day to day delivery for digital projects and retainers
  • Translate briefs into clear delivery plans with milestones and owners
  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks before they become problems
  • Balance scope, time, and quality to keep work moving without surprises
  • Convert Discovery, UX, UI and development outputs into coordinated workstreams
  • Work team leads to review outputs and secure quality sign off
  • Champion best practice standards for performance, accessibility and usability
  • Remove project blockers to provide practical support cross functional teams
  • Partner closely with Account Directors to keep client communication clear and consistent
Required Skills & Key Ingredients:
  • Proven experience delivering websites, apps or digital products
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Confident working across UX, design and engineering
  • Clear, practical communicator with clients and internal teams
  • Commercially aware and proactive in managing delivery risk
  • Pragmatic decision making and good judgment under pressure
  • An ability to turn chaos into calm. This is non negotiable
